The 66,000 square-foot facility equipped with fully armed security and office facilities, incorporates a 22,000 square-foot, 18" raised floor data center with full 9 foot ceiling height. The 1Vault Networks Data Center is built to the highest standards to ensure the integrity of business and is manned by highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality and most reliable services available today.

All scanned documents are stored in an industry open standard TIF level 4 format. This ensures that these images will always be accesible and free and clear of any licensing restrictions. All images are stored primarily on RAID level 5 storage servers built by DELL. All images are then stored on a secondary optical disk medium. We use optical jukebox solutions from Hewlett Packard to store and maintain our images.

Pagestream uses a custom designed and built enterprise document management system that allows for quick and easy web access to the document stored in the repository. We do more than just provide digital documents on CD, we provide 24/7 access to information using the internet as a preferred delivery medium. Not only does our solution work on any platform or operating system, it requires no special software to view the information. Our solution allows our customers to print, email, fax, and even download copies of their files right from their desk using our web solution. You can even download your files in a PDF format and burn them to CD or DVD for your own safe keeping.Having to download a proprietary image viewer like Adobe's Acrobat Reader can sometimes be time consuming and error prone at best; especially when trying to maintain several dozen computers all needing this special software to be loaded prior to accessing your digital documents! And what happens when it comes time to upgrade? Another download and installation!
